So now Olivia who was formally know as Olivia Kim-Lewis is now Olivia Spencer-Kim. Now that Alice and Eric are married for a few months and Eric took Alice surname they decided that it might be best for Olivia to have the same surname as both of them. When Olivia was born her parents were only dating and so at the time they decided to give they then new born daughter both of they surnames.
